- Manage and execute social media advertising campaigns, setting clearObjectives and KPIs to optimize ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in social media and digital marketing, often sharing insights with the wider team.
- Lead initiatives to integrate user-generated content and customer testimonials effectively into our channels.
- Design and oversee social media contests, collaborations, and partnerships that promote brand visibility.
- React quickly to emerging trends, potential crises or issues related to the brand in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that drove engagement, increased followers, and met corporate objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize tools and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing concepts.
